I was watching the Yankees crush the Jays and I wondered why people in Cincinnati, Kansas City, Pittsburgh and other &quot;small markets&quot; bother to support their teams - like a $90 million payroll is ever going to beat a $24o million payroll (Yankees, Red Sox and ???).  These teams are more like farm teams than competitors .  Why don&#039;t they have a salary cap in baseball?</description>
